In our production department, we have modern, high quality equipment for production of molded polymer parts.

This equipment can be sorted in three groups:

Tools

Precise, high quality and great performance tools are base of quality production.

Cooperation with experienced and competent professionals, provided with newest technology, 3D-, CAD- and CAM systems, enables creation of quality production tools and usage of innovative solutions.

Before the production starts, all tools are tested and certificated under production conditions.

Machines

High quality products can not be imagining without quality production machines.

Because of that fact, company VERITAS in the production department owns equipment of one of the leading machines producer for producing molded plastic parts.

ARBURG machines are provided with newest technologies, what enables adjustment of production process and increment products quality.

The company owns nine ARBURG machines, capacity 20 – 120 grams.

Raw material

Every production segment has proper procedure. The procedure of purchasing raw materials requires materials and producers to be tested and selected by very strong criteria and under constant reweaves.

Basic raw materials are purchased from renowned world producers, and that is only way to be sure about the quality of raw materials that we use in our complex production. Raw materials that we use are:

- POLYAMID 6

- POLYAMID 6.6

- POLYURETHANE

- POLYACETAT

- THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER

We also produce with all others thermoplastic materials.
